Every supplier in our network is evaluated against strict criteria before onboarding — and re-evaluated regularly through facility audits, sample testing, and performance reviews.

Our Quality Control Process

Inspection
Every incoming batch undergoes visual, sensory, and preliminary lab checks against our quality benchmarks before acceptance.
Testing
Samples are tested for moisture content, mesh size, microbial load, heavy metals, and pesticide residues at accredited laboratories.
Approval
Only batches meeting all specifications receive quality approval. Non-conforming lots are rejected or returned to the supplier.
Dispatch
Approved products are packaged per buyer specifications, sealed with COA documentation, and dispatched for timely delivery.
